And then there is the debate between William Lane Craig and Bart Ehrman, (transcript here), where you get to see it all in action in front of real students at a real university!

I also see that Brian Auten posted something here, but I don’t know whether it is the audio from this lecture or something else entirely.

All my Christian readers – I hope you guys can all make a case for the resurrection that stands up. Bill’s case stands up – in the university, against the toughest opponents. Will you stand up for Jesus, too?

        1. I don’t know how to sugar-coat this, so I am just going to say it straight. You’re a girl! Girls don’t like apologetics! (At least, I always thought so)

Don’t be mad! I’m happy that you like apologetics!

          1. Yeah, I’m a girl. I’m happy about that too. Hahaha! :D No, I’m not mad about your comment. I like apologetics more than most guys I know, actually. Went to an apologetics conference last weekend and fried my brain listening to hours of lectures / debates. It was exhausting, but awesome! Apologetics is very important, because Christianity is only worth believing if it’s true. “Christianity, if false, is of no importance, and if true, of infinite importance. The only thing it cannot be is moderately important.” (C. S. Lewis) Lewis’ statement shows us how important truth is to Christianity. And apologetics is all about contending for the truth about God. But I’m preaching to the converted. :-P
