Prior to the 2020 election, Joe Biden was credibly accused of sexual harassment. But Biden voters chose to ignore this, believe that he has excellent moral character, compared to that nasty Trump and his mean tweets. After all, they said, could the father of Hunter Biden be a bad man? He seems to speak so nicely. Now we are finding out more about him, from his pick for the Supreme Court.

Senate Democrats have signaled their intent to begin confirmation hearings for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, President Biden’s nominee to the Supreme Court, as early as next week. Thus far, the only information uncovered about Judge Jackson by the intrepid corporate press is that she will be the first black woman to serve on the Supreme Court.

But research released this week by Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, calls into question Judge Jackson’s judicial philosophy concerning sex predators, particularly sentencing for child sex predators.

Senator Josh Hawley had a whole Twitter thread that I re-tweeted. It contained all of his research about the candidate. It’s significant that her actions reflected her ideas about judges being lenient to sex predators:

While at the U.S. Sentencing Commission, Judge Jackson advocated for eliminating the existing mandatory minimum sentences for child porn, suggesting that at least some people who possess child porn aren’t sexually motivated, but simply “in this for either the collection, or the people who are loners and find status in their participation in the community.” While on the federal bench, Judge Jackson demonstrated a continuous string of departures from sentencing guidelines for sex predators.

You can see why a judge like this would be so suitable to gropey Joe Biden. This is his dream come true:

In one case involving a sex offender over the age of 18 caught with multiple images of child pornography, the sentencing guidelines called for a sentence of up to 10 years. Judge Jackson sentenced the perpetrator to three months. In another case, where the criminal distributed more than 102 child pornography videos and sent lewd pictures of his own 10-year old daughter, the guidelines recommended 97 to 121 months in prison. Judge Jackson sentenced him to 71 months. Hawley’s Twitter thread lists five other similar sentencing examples.

The Democrats dismissed these charges against their candidate. They seem to be more concerned that she is a woman (whatever that is – they wouldn’t define what a woman is) and that she is black. Apparently, the only way for Democrats to choose a judge was to choose one who has the right genitals and pigmentation. You can’t look at her demonstrated actions supporting sex predators. You have to look at her appearance. Reading is so hard!

The sexual harassment allegation against Biden

Do you remember Joe Biden’s sexual harassment accusation? The mainstream news media tried to cover it up, to help their candidate, but I thought the accusation was very credible.

Unlike most hate crime hoaxes perpetrated by Democrats on themselves, Tara Reade filed a report with the police against Joe Biden.

Far-left Newsweek reported:

Tara Reade filed a criminal complaint with the Washington Metropolitan Police Department of accusing the 2020 Democratic nomination of pushing her against the wall in a Senate corridor and penetrating her with his fingers, according to Business Insider.

This is important, because she can be held criminally responsible for making a false charge. This is not a frivolous woman making a frivolous charge to smear someone she doesn’t know. She worked for him, and she filed a criminal complaint against him.

In addition, she actually told people about the alleged sexual assault at the time it was committed.

In March, when a former aide to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden accused the candidate of sexually assaulting her in 1993, two people came forward to say that the woman, Tara Reade, had told them of the incident shortly after it allegedly occurred — her brother, Collin Moulton, and a friend who asked to remain anonymous for fear of retribution.

Now two more sources have come forward to corroborate certain details about Reade’s claims. One of them — a former neighbor of Reade’s — has told Insider for the first time, on the record, that Reade disclosed details about the alleged assault to her in the mid-1990s.

When you’re trying to decide whether an accusation is true, two factors matter. A police report, and corroborating witnesses. Tara Reade had both. But Democrats were not interested – there was an election to be “fortified”.
