Now I’m a lot meaner than WK, cause I say people like her need to pointed at, ridiculed and humiliated publicly. This is a textbook example of ignorance and blame passing, and if it were me who had fallen into that manhole, you’re darn right I’d be upset, but I would have nobody to blame but MYSELF. Myself for texting while walking, MYSELF for not watching where I was going, MYSELF for falling into a dark hole, cones or not.
Not even a blind person would make this mistake.
