Though this is one of those things you may want to leave in your back pocket when talking with your liberal and moderate friends who finally realize the Obama they voted for is not the Obama they got.
Almost universally, people are much more resistant to admitting the, “I should have known, there was so much evidence,” and very happy to admit, “I was fooled!” If you can get them talking in terms of the very high responsibility a voter has to research candidates before casting a ballot, you will have done much good.

Worked with a guy last week who was saying how the Obama he voted for isn’t the Mr. President occupying the office now.
Another contractor and myself were quick to remind him of these very points.
Kudos to Mr. Beck for stating it so much better than I could though.
